What We Do
Tide Realty Capital is a privately owned real estate investment management and advisory firm. The company was formed to pursue special situations in real estate, including distressed assets, non-performing loans, structured debt, portfolio repositioning and recapitalizations, and select value-add opportunities. The principals have experience in all aspects of the real estate from acquisition and financing to asset management and disposition.
Who We Are
Tide’s founder, Aaron Loeb, formed the company after nearly a decade of real estate experience including work at one of the nation’s leading servicers of distressed real estate credit. There he advised prominent hedge funds and private equity firms on over $7 billion in real estate debt transactions across all asset types and was responsible for a multi-billion dollar portfolio of distressed real estate loans.
